Weather Deterioration Expected
Baku / 15.02.19 / Turan: In the night from February 15 to February 16, the weather in Baku and Absheron will sharply deteriorate. In the course of the following days, intense rains and a strong northwest wind of up to 20 meters per second are expected.
According to the forecast of weather forecasters of the Ministry of Environment, the air temperature will drop to +5 degrees during the day, and at night it will be +3.
In areas of the country intense precipitation is expected in the form of rain, and in the mountains snowfalls are most probable. There will be a westerly wind and fog in the morning.
The air temperature at night will drop to 0 degrees, and in the daytime it will be up to +9. In the mountains it will be -5, while in the daytime it will be up to +6 degrees. -02D-

On Sunday, variable cloudiness is expected on January 5 in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. Brief precipitation may occur in some areas during the day, with light fog in the evening and morning hours. The south-western wind will change to a periodically intensifying north-western wind. The air temperature at night will range from 3°C to 6°C, and during the day, it will be between 7°C and 9°C, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Ecology.
