The law enforcement agencies conceal the name of the man who yesterday caused a serious accident on the road to airport; a special purpose vehicle with flashing lights crashed into a passenger bus and further eight cars. As a result twenty people got injuries of various degrees. Notably, this information about such a serious accident was not in report of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The pro-government media do not mention at all that the accident was caused by a car with flashing lights. However, witnesses of the accident managed to take a picture of the culprit and post photos on social networks. It was a black jeep, but police immediately removed the car numbers. As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.

During the operation of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 5 members of an organized group engaged in drug trafficking were detained. All of them have previous convictions: Bahlul Ismayilov, Royal Aliyev, Khayal Aliyev, Samir Aghayev, and Ali Mammadli.
