Z. Hasanov: Over 20 Occupants Destroyed in Short Period
Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov visited the field command post of large-scale military exercises. According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, a meeting was also held in the area at the command post of the exercise. In his speech, the Minister said that the Azerbaijani armed forces are able to drive out the enemy from the occupied territories.
According to him, the Azerbaijani army will continue to give a fitting rebuff to the enemy. He noted that in a short period more than 20 occupants were destroyed and dozens were wounded.
The large-scale military exercises are conducted on behalf of the Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev.
The exercise began on February 2, involving personnel of 15 thousand people and 5 thousand reservists. The exercise involves more than 300 pieces of equipment, more than 200 rockets and artillery units, up to 20 air assets, anti-missile air defense systems. -03D04-
