The IDPs complain of poor living conditions, a difficult financial position. Particularly bad conditions are in self-build houses, where instead of walls are metal sheets, and the walls inside are made from carton. The IDP say that with 20 manat allocated by the government is impossible to live. "If the president knew that we want to return home, perhaps he would return our native lands," says one of the residents Sarvinaz Hajiyeva.
