This strategy, adopted by the presidential decree on October 10, 2024, builds upon earlier decrees and plans, such as the "Additional Measures for Ensuring Efficient Use of Water Resources" from 2020. The strategy outlines a long-term vision for water resource management and is structured into three implementation phases covering the period from 2024 to 2040.
