The 2026 summer season has begun with a noticeable increase in rental prices across Azerbaijan’s Caspian Sea resorts. The sharpest growth has been recorded in the country’s northern coastal areas, particularly in Nabran, where demand from residents of Baku, domestic tourists, and foreign visitors remains strong.
