ADEC Company’s Land Purchased for Public Needs
The Cabinet as a body procuring land in the Khatai district of Baku has determined the service of mobilization and conscription for military service. It is about 0,656 hectares of land owned by the Azerbaijan development company ADEC.
The order of the Government of 10 June, №220 noted that on this plot of land an object of defense and security will be built.
ADEC LLC (TIN 1501012941) was established in 2007. The authorized capital is 1 million manats.
Recall that the decree on the design of a residential campus Baku White City (221 hectares) on the site of the former so-called Black City array was given in the name of the company ADEC. This company is directly or indirectly owned by Anar Alizadeh, one of the partners of SOCAR. ----08D

Rice imports to Azerbaijan have soared to unprecedented levels during the January-November 2024 period, reflecting both rising domestic demand and increasing global food prices. Over this period, the country imported 60,400 tons of rice, marking an 18.6% increase in volume and a 35.3% rise in value compared to the same period in 2023.
