AFB Bank for the third time this year raises capital
Shareholders of JSC AFB Bank for the third time in 2014 decided to increase the authorized capital. At this time the capital will increase at the expense of the shareholders by 10.6 mln AZN in cash.
On September 2 the State Committee for Securities registered the issue of 8 445 shares with a face value of 1,265 manat each. The offering of the securities will be made on the BSE, after completion of which the bank's authorized capital will exceed 70 million manat.
JSC AFB Bank was established in July 2008. By the beginning of this year, the shareholders' equity was 42.3 million manat. In February, the shareholders contributed 10 million manat, and in June shares were converted, which ended in a capital increase by 7.3 million manat.
At the beginning of this year JSC AFB Bank assets were 234.3 million manat. LLC Gilan owns 99,47% of the shares. --08D—
