As of August 1, the electronic signature system https://e-gov.az of Azerbaijan was used by 14 997 businesses and individuals, most of which are employees of the government and state structures.
The breakdown is as follows: 11 483 officials, 304 legal entities and 3 210 individuals.
According to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, from December 2012 to August 1, 2013 portal "e-government" was visited by 35 281 thousand users. Only in July of this year, 130 services of the e-government portal were used by 73 964 people.
