Baku/30.08.23/Turan: Today it was announced the voluntary liquidation of "Xəzri Solutions" LLC (TIN: 1400725191), which until May this year had been called "Gilan Holding" LLC.
The company turned to creditors https://vergiler.az/news_print.php?announcement_id=74901 with a request to submit their claims within 60 days.
As a reminder, in July, "Xəzri Solutions" LLC announced a reorganization https://vergiler.az/news_print.php?announcement_id=71769 by merging with six companies (LLC "Opsion" (TIN: 1802990061), LLC “Divident" (TIN: 180299019), LLC "Reform Co" (TIN: 1803044271), LLC “Alqoritm.Az ” (TIN: 4401042371), LLC “Veksel" (TIN: 4401042241) and LLC “Damping.Az” (INN: 1802989821). Add that the director of all these companies is Mubariz Huseynov.
It ought to be noted that "Gilan Group of Companies" is a joint business of the ruling Aliyevs family in Azerbaijan and the Minister of Emergency Situations Kemaleddin Heydarov.
