Ata Sigorta Strengthened 1.5 Times
The insurance company Ata Sigorta starts to accommodate the total additional issue of shares in the amount of 4.6 million manat. According to Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the securities have been included in its non-quotation list.
Recall, in this way the insurer expects to increase the company's share capital by 46% - to 14.6 million manat. The additional issue is divided into 184,000 shares with par value of 25 manat per security. The underwriter of the placement of the shares of the additional issue is LLC Brokdil-AZ.
Ata Sigorta received a license for insurance activities in September 2004. The authorized capital of the company is 10 million manat. The sole shareholder of the company is Ata Holding. --17D-
