AtaBank doubles authorized capital
Commercial Bank OJSC AtaBank increases share capital by 25 million or 100%.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the corresponding prospectus of 1.25 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 20 was registered in the State Committee for Securities.
Placement of new shares will be by mass subscription at the BSE. Underwriter of the offerings is LLC Brokdil-AZ.
The authorized fund of AtaBank is 25 million manat. -15D -
