Amendments to the charter of Baki Sigorta
The insurance company Baki Sigorta will hold a general meeting of shareholders. The event is scheduled for 10:00 on February 11 in the central office of Bank Respublika for Fizuli Street, 65.
On the agenda will make a report on the activities of the financial structure of this year, the statement of the fourth edition of the charter, approval of the budget, as well as the internal control committee.
From January to December Baki Sigorta collected premiums worth AZN 5,323,580 and paid AZN 2.41 million to the customers.
The insurance company has been operating since the beginning of February 1994.
In 2004, it was granted a license for a period of 5 years. In 2009 the company received a license to a perpetual activity.
The authorized share capital is 6 million 523.84 thousand manats.
The majority shareholder (90%) and the founder of Baki Sigorta is Bank Respublika. In addition, two individuals have 10%.
The company operates through 24 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance items. - 17D-
