AtaBank posted a 11.94% of the announced issue of shares
Shares of AtaBank for a total of 2.986 million manat are available on the BSE.
Issue of 1.25 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 20 manats passed state registration in December 2012. The underwriting services were provided by Brokdil-AZ LLC.
According to the Exchange, all the shares were sold in three transactions (three investors). They have posted 11.94% of the announced issue. According to the legislation, an issue is considered valid in case of placing half of it.
Paid-up share capital of the bank, thus, reached 27.986 million manats. -15V--
