Citizens have become more aware of pensions
According to the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), Azerbaijani citizens have become less direct questions. During 2012, the number of questions to the "hot line" at the telephone number 190 has decreased by 42.5%.
Without giving the absolute numbers, the press service of the Fund reported that the main issues of interest, including potential retirees had problems calculating pensions (47.6%), the organization of the personal account (30.6%) and compulsory deductions for social support (21.73%).
In this case, the window of questions and answers on the Internet portal SSPF has been activated. The site is more active with the military and those with higher education. - 17D-
