Russian President Vladimir Putin does not intend to make a statement regarding the crash of the Azerbaijani airline AZAL plane, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, told journalists on Friday.
"No, no statement is planned (on the topic of the plane crash)," he said, commenting on a publication by Azerbaijani media, which suggested that Russia take responsibility for the crash.
