On February 7, 2025, a meeting of representatives of the State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons of Azerbaijan and the Interdepartmental Commission on Prisoners of War, Detained and Missing Persons of Armenia took place at the state border of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
According to the report of the Azerbaijani commission, at the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the issue of clarifying the fate of missing persons and an agreement was reached to continue discussions on a bilateral basis between the commissions.
