Leaders of the limited liability company Delta Group Co. appealed to the Anti -Corruption Department under Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan to investigate the theft.
As the site of the supervisory authority (http://genprosecutor.gov.az/?/az/news/view/620), the investigation revealed a violation of financial discipline, so that the controller of the internal audit department Samad Dzhebrailov embezzled 17,212 manats. The theft was provoked by abuse of power.
