Authorized Capital of Insurance Broker Has Not Grown for Year
The assets of the insurance and reinsurance broker Marsh increased to 8 million 559 thousand manat last year.
As stated in the annual report published by the official press, the growth of the local representative of the assets of the insurance broker Marsh (U.S.), compared to the end of 2010 amounted to 940 thousand manats (about 12%).
According to the audit report of Deloitte, last year reduced the share of money in assets - from 6 million 863 thsd to 4.1 million manat. The increase in retained earnings (from 726 thousand to 1 million 192 thousand manat) did not affect the growth of the share capital.
The broker Marsh was registered by Azerbaijan's Finance Ministry on April 29, 2002. In May 2010, it was given a permanent license. The registered capital is 10,000 manat. - 17D-
