AZAL to coordinate international flights with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (UPDATED)

The joint working group set up with representatives from the state airline CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, agreed on several issues, which are considered in these structures will lead to increased activity stream Foreign tourists in the country. It will also coordinate the work of the two agencies on advertising and marketing of tourism in Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism believes that the priority for the arrival of tourists to Azerbaijan are Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, USA, Israel, China and the Arabian Gulf. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
