Azer-Turk Banki announces new public offering
The commercial bank Azer-Turk Banki increases share capital by 1.2 million manat.
According to the BSE, the relevant prospectus of 1,204,410 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 1 manat was registered by the State Committee for Securities. The underwriter will be Ltd. Chelsea Capital.
