Azerbaijan buys buses mainly from Germany
In the first half of this Azerbaijan purchased 590 units of foreign buses, which cost from $ 147.9 million (without customs duties and taxes.) Basically buses were purchased German production. From the Czech Republic to Azerbaijan were delivered 30 buses, which cost an average of $ 265,466.
In the first half of this year buses were purchased in Russia (11 units, the total cost - $441,000), Turkey ($ 46, $ 2. 925.000), and Korea (32, $ 2.154 thousand.)
The government officially reported that it purchased from the state budget does not less than İVECO 304 buses to serve athletes and accompanying persons in the framework of the first European Games in Baku, which took place on 12-28 th June 2015. 08B

At today’s session of the Milli Majlis, Azerbaijan’s parliamentarians discussed and approved in the first reading a draft law increasing the minimum subsistence level for 2025. The updated figures reflect a modest rise of 10 manats, setting the nationwide living wage at 285 manats. For specific demographics, the levels are 305 manats for the working population, 232 manats for pensioners, and 246 manats for children. The same session also approved the criterion of need at 285 manats for the coming year, aligning it with the national living wage.
