Azerbaijan Simplifies Registration of Property
The Head of State approved amendments to the law "On the State Register of Real Estate", adopted by the Parliament a month ago, on November 18.
From now on, the state registration of residential buildings up to 12 meters high, built on private land, will be facilitated. That is, for the registration of such housing only a document certifying the right to land ownership will be required.
If the building is located on a leased land, for the registration it will be necessary to provide a document on the right to lease it, the building project coordinated with the executive power, or the act of its acceptance into service. -02D-
