Doctor of Economic Sciences Gubad Ibadoglu received an offer to become an advisor on reforms to the government of Kyrgyzstan.
As reported by the non-governmental Centre for Economic Research, an expert of the National Budget Group has made ??the initiative by conducting trainings on budget programming during a visit to post-Soviet country from 11 to 16 September. In Bishkek, a practical course attracted 55 executives from the Ministry of Finance (including the head of the main budget management), other ministries and departments of the fiscal direction, Parliament and the Court of Accounts.
During his November visit, he will hold a lesson on transparency and efficiency of the proposed state budget.
