AzeriCard Launches Telephone Banking
The service of remote service "phone banking" has been launched via the processing center AzeriCard at the International Bank of Azerbaijan in the local financial market.
According to today's press release of the Center, customers using innovation can call the customer support, contact the Call-center operators, check their account balance, block the card, unlock the PIN code, as well as connect and change the number in the SMS services.
One of the main advantages of the service is to provide rapid and secure access to block a card in case it is stolen or lost in the automatic mode. Additional features in the form of card unlocking are available when you enter a wrong PIN code, check the balance and connection / change the number in the SMS Alerting Service create the most comfortable remote access to the card.
The next step will add such a function as intended PIN Code (PIN Set) and changing the existing PIN Code (PIN Change) for a new one. In the future, card transfers are also planned.
