Bank BTB posted a 36.4 % stake of the last issue
The shares of Bank BTB for a total of 3 million manat were posted on Friday on BSE.
Issue of 36.4 million ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). Underwriting was provided by Unicapital.
So far they've placed 36.4 % (13.24 million manat) of the announced issue. According to the legislation an issue is held in the case of placing a half of it.
Paid charter capital of Bank BTB operating since 2010 thus reached 26.84 million manat. The main shareholder of the bank (75 % equity is Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismayil Gyzy (according to unofficial estimates, she is a daughter-in-law of the head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev) .
