Shareholders of JSC "Bank Technique" (former Texnika Bank) on May 20 this year, will gather at the extraordinary general meeting.
As reported in the bank, the event will be held at 11 am at the head office, located at Ataturk Avenue, 1107.
Recall that at the beginning of last year, high-ranking officials of the then Texnika Bank-and, led by the chairman of the Supervisory Board and shareholder of the bank were taken on remand. From May to August in several special meetings of shareholders has been updated composition of the Board, the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee, decided to hold a re-branding and liquidation of subsidiaries "Texkart" and LLC "Texnikalizinq".

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
