Certificate of origin of goods in Azerbaijan can be obtained in a day
Decision of the Board of the Ministry of Economy on February 6 " for simplification of export procedures," the term of the certificate of origin for exported goods from Azerbaijan was reduced from three to one day from the date of appeal.
The fee for the provision of the Ministry of Economy of the certificate of origin is 20 manat. To obtain this certificate, the Ministry of Economy requires from the applicant seven documents (http://goo.gl/TnfUKZ).
In addition, On December 1 the Tariff (Price) Council of Azerbaijan has defined maintenance fee by the Office of examination of consumer goods (one of the structures of the Ministry of Economy) for the examination of local products in terms of their origin. Depending on the type of goods (agriculture, chemical industry, mechanical engineering, etc.), weight and cost indicators, examination (http://goo.gl/UDecXg) costs for exporters from a minimum of 0.10 to 280 manat, and more.
According to the State Customs Committee, in 2015 Azerbaijan exported 2477 names of the goods, which is by 15% more than in the previous year. --08D-
