Changes in Leadership of Ateshgah Insurance Company
The general meeting of shareholders of the insurance company Ateshgah approved changes in the Board of Directors and Management Board. Also approved were the financial statements for the previous financial year.
According to the press release, Ruslan Allahverdiyev was appointed the Head of the Board of Directors, Vagif Aliyev was approved a member of the Board and Vladimir Solovyov was included there as an independent member. The Management Board included the famous financier, former head of Azerbaijan Insurers Association Azer Aliyev. The Audit Commission is headed by Elshad Iskandarov, while Natig Amirjanov became a member of the Commission.
The insurance company Ateshgah has been operating on the market since 1996. Its shareholders include several legal entities. The authorized capital is 5 million 8.5 thousand manats.
It consistently ranks in the list of the strongest insurers (by September 1, it collected 32 million 736.45 thousand manats with payments of 10 million 330.93 thousand manats). --17D-
