Changes in the registry services to citizens
The State Agency for services to citizens and social innovation (ASAN) charged with keeping a register of the electronic services provided by the central executive.
As stated in the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic (http://www.cabmin.gov.az/?/az/pressreliz/view/829), in this context, changes in relevant rules and stuck to them a list of e-services. On innovation, the service entrusted with the registrar and the registry operator said electronic services.
In the list of services to the public include: registration of births, marriages and deaths of citizens, divorces, adoption (adoption), change the initials. There is, in addition, notary services, issuing of identity cards and their replacement, the issuance and replacement of ordinary passports, the exchange of driving licenses, and registration of transactions related to real estate. The Agency registers commercial entities and taxpayers, issues archives references to legal and natural persons, and gives out pensions.

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
