According to the ratings of independent research company EPSI Rating, Azercell came out on top in terms of customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result of the studies conducted, the Customer Satisfaction Index at Azercell was 87.6, the index of customer loyalty - 89.7, which is indicative of the strong mutual commitment to customers.
Note, EPSI Rating is an independent research company, with offices located in the UK. The aim is to study consumers' opinions about products and services.
Also note that Azercell attaches great importance to the high level of customer satisfaction, and therefore the company has implemented a number of projects in this area. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
