Azercell - company best meeting the needs of customers
According to the opinion polls, the company Azercell Telekom has demonstrated the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty in the telecommunication sector.
According to a press release, LLC Azercell Telekom, as a result of ongoing high quality communications services and an important contribution to the social life of the country, this company has achieved another success.
According to the ratings of independent research company EPSI Rating, Azercell came out on top in terms of customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result of the studies conducted, the Customer Satisfaction Index at Azercell was 87.6, the index of customer loyalty - 89.7, which is indicative of the strong mutual commitment to customers.
Note, EPSI Rating is an independent research company, with offices located in the UK. The aim is to study consumers' opinions about products and services.
Also note that Azercell attaches great importance to the high level of customer satisfaction, and therefore the company has implemented a number of projects in this area. Company in 1998 created the first Call Center, operating in a 24/7, in 2009, created the first regional call center in Ganja. In 2011 the company was awarded the Customer Relations Centre of the European standard EN15838.
Also Azercell is the first telecommunications company implemented online services to its customers on the Internet. In 2012, the international company Socialbakers awarded a certificate on Socially Devoted to Azercell for activity in response to the expectations of the users of social media.
