The domain administration gov.az rules haves been changed.
As the site of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan said with reference to decision № 20 of February 8, 2013 (http://cabmin.gov.az/?/az/pressreliz/view/908), the process of domain zone administration has been entrusted to official portals of government and public institutions referred to the State Agency for Special Communications and Information Security of the Special State Protection Service of Azerbaijan.
Previously, the agency in the document featured a special communication of the Special State Protection Service of Azerbaijan. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
