Finance Ministry Proposes Three-month Bonds
The Ministry of Finance intends to place bonds with a maturity of 91 days in the amount of 22 million manat at BSE on November 1.
On the previous auction held on October 4 the Ministry of Finance offered investors three-month bonds in the same amount. However, they managed to place only one-fourth part (5 million 332 thousand manat) of the offered amount. The average-weighted value of a discount bond was AZN 96.45 or 14.93% per annum. ----08D
