Financial Report by "Amrah Sigorta"
Total revenues of the insurance company "Amrah Sigorta" for the last year amounted to 1 million 272.18 thousand manat, which is almost 120 thousand manat more than in 2011. Of the funds received, 1 million 51.7 thousand manat fell directly on the collection of premiums for all types of insurance. This is the result of last year's audit of the company.
Net income of the financial institution in the past year amounted to 250.66 thousand manat (5.2% compared to the end of 2011).
The company's expenses last year totaled 1 million 21.51 thsd manats. Insurance payments last year amounted to 476.94 thousand manat, return of premiums - 50.41 thsd AZN, and to conduct insurance business - 489.55 thousand manats.
Last year, the company's assets increased by 9.2% to 89.91 6 million manats, liabilities totaled AZN 1 million 99.76 thsd (+31.2%), shareholders' equity increased by 5.3% (AZN 4 mln 990.14 thsd).
During the reported period, the volume of bank deposits with the company, increased by 7.5% - to 1.43 million manat.
Insurance company "Amrah Sigorta" has been operating in the insurance market since 1993.
In 2008, in accordance with the laws of the company, changing the legal form of organization, it became a public company. In the same year, "Amrah Sigorta" received a perpetual license to conduct insurance business.
The authorized capital of the company is 4.5 million manat. Its shareholders are two individuals of the Ildirimzadeh family. - 17D -
