FinansLizinq issued bonds for AZN 74,000
BAKU/04.12.13/TURAN : State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing registered bonds of FinansLizinq, totaling 74 thousand manats.
As the State Committee said , according to the prospectus, placement will be conducted by public subscription on BSE .
The last time in March this year was gosregistartsiyu prospectus interest-bearing unsecured bonds for a total amount of 500 manats and at an annual rate of 14%.
FinansLizinq has operated in the leasing market since 2007. Its shareholders are 16 individuals. - 15B -
