From today starts offering of shares by Ganjabank
JSC Ganjabank starts from today to accommodate 1.75 million ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 20, the BSE said.
The issue of shares is included in the quotation list of the exchange. According to the prospectus, placement will be by the method of mass supply. The underwriting services are provided by Unikapital LLC.
At full deployment of new shares the authorized capital of the bank will increase 3.3 times to AZN 50 million.
The shareholders of Ganjabank are four individuals, one of whom owns 58.5% of the equity. -15D-
