Standards of baked goods will be revised
Next week, the first meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization of cereals and bakery products (TC 15), formed by the Standards Institution of Azerbaijan.
The order to create TC 15 was signed by the Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology Patent Ramiz Hasanov this week.
In the HC includes representatives SCSMP, ministries of health and agriculture, as well as advanced grain mills of the country. Press Secretary SCSMP Talobov Fazil said Turan, to revise the state standards pastry was made during a meeting with representatives of the bakeries in Baku in October this year.
Note that standards of bread operating in Azerbaijan correspond to GOST standards adopted in the late 80s of the last century.
In order to improve the quality of baked goods this year alone the government allocated AZN 14 million in low-interest loans for the establishment of 14 corn plants, including eight plants in Baku. - 08D-
