From Tomorrow Starts Offering of Shares of Bank of Azerbaycan
JSC Bank of Azerbaycan is scheduled to begin September 4, 2012 placement of 825 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 20, the BSE said.
The issue of shares is included in the quotation list of the exchange. According to the prospectus, placement will be the method of mass supply. The underwriting services will be provided by Respublika Invest Ltd.
At full deployment of new shares authorized capital of the bank will increase by 49.3% to AZN 50 million.
Shareholders of Bank of Azerbaycan since 1993 are the two individuals and one entity. - 15B -
