General Meeting of Ateshgah Shareholders to be Held August 7
The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the insurance company Ateshgah will be held exactly in a month.
As Turan was told in the press service of the financial entity, not only the approval of financial statements for the past year, but also a number of organizational issues will be on the agenda. The new Board of Directors, the Board and the Audit Committee of the company will be elected.
Ateshgah Insurance Company began its activities in 1996. Its shareholders are legal entities - ISR Holding Ltd (69%), RAN-Exim (21%) and SOCAR (10%). The authorized capital is 5 million 8.5 thousand manats.
Ateshgah OJSC by June 1 received premiums for 19 million 844.38 thousand manats, while its payments amounted to 6 million 345.32 thousand manats. --17D-
