General Meeting of Shareholders at Bank Respublika
The management of JSC Bank Respublika plans to hold the annual general meeting of its shareholders on April 18.
The plans include approval of the financial statements of the bank’s last year activities and the results of the external audit. It is also agreed to distribute last year’s dividends among the shareholders or send them to strengthen the capitalization.
JSC Bank Respublika has been operating from May 22, 1992. The principal shareholders are DEG Investment Corporation, a member of the KfW banking group, SIDT, and a member of the financial group Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, owning a stake of 25% + 1 share. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
