Golden Pay - a pioneer of open exchange placement of securities
BSE will be the public area for the first (not closed) placement of securities. The issuer of the pioneer IPO (Initial Public Offering) is a local company Golden Pay, which is preparing for the final stage of preparation for the sale of shares.
According to representatives of the issuer, already known are not only the parameters, but also the approximate date of the IPO. For the purpose of the authorization will be soon held a general meeting of shareholders, after which the parameters and timing of initial placement will be published in the local press. The placement is tentatively scheduled for the 4th quarter of the year, the management of the company said.

Azerbaijan’s imports of animal and vegetable fats and oils climbed 23.9% by weight and 16.2% by value from January to September 2024, official data revealed. Despite the uptick in volume, the import cost of these products saw a decrease compared to the same period last year, with the cost per ton of vegetable oil falling by 6.1% to $1,199.6 in 2024, down from $1,278.6 in 2023.
