Grand opening of the German-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce in Baku
Established in March of this year, the German-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (GAVTP) organizes on November 12 grand opening with high-ranking guests from Berlin.
The Chamber in Baku is formed on the basis of German-Azerbaijan Economic Union, and is a part the network of German Chamber of Commerce, which unites similar structures in 120 countries around the world. Founded in Baku Chamber unites 125 German and Azerbaijani companies.
The ceremony at the Four Seasons Baku will be attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Cornelia Pieper, and the Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev.
Opening the official representation of the German economy, GAVTP aims to use the potential of bilateral cooperation. The Chamber will provide businesses a wide range of services

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
