According to the company's financial statements, the auditor's report confirmed that, last year's revenue of 12 million 944 thousand manats. Of these, 12 million 443.73 thousand manat fell directly on insurance premiums, 2.25 million manat - investment income.
Net reserves of Xalq Sigorta decreased 1.89 million manat, which led to a decline in revenues. Other incomes for the year were received in other areas. The so-called pre-tax profit was 2 million 603.67 thousand manats.
Total expenditure for the reporting period amounted to 10 million 340.33 thousand manats. Of the nearly seven millionth sum of fixed operating costs 2 million 282.5 thousand manat fell on insurance premiums, 229.9 thousand manats - a return of premium, 3.4 million - to conduct insurance, 4.21 million manat - the risks transferred to local and foreign reinsurance companies. Even in risk prevention fund transferred AZN 98.14, other expenses amounted to more articles.
According to the financial statements, the assets of Xalq Sigorta in the past year increased from 31.36 to 35.22 million manat, and the equity - from 26.4 to 28.48 million manat.
In addition, in 2012 the volume of deposits placed in banks increased from 26.19 to 28.98 million.
The insurance company Xalq Sigorta was registered at the end of 2005. It is actually in operation since April 2006.
Its subsidiaries operate in Ganja, Zagatala and Sumgayit. April 29, 2010 the company received a perpetual license for insurance activity.
The authorized capital is 26 million 382.3 thousand manats.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today.
