The authorized capital of the company increased from 19.86 million to 20.3 million manat.
AzSigorta's license to operate was issued in November 2006.
The shareholder of AzSigorta is a single individual.
The company has a license to provide insurance on 28 items, 24 of which are voluntary types and 4 are binding types. Last year, it became the second of the leading local insurers.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
