Healthcare Exhibition BIHE 2016 to Attract 150 Companies
From 19 to 21 September Baku Expo Center will host the 22nd Azerbaijan International Healthcare Exhibition BIHE 2016.
The exhibition will be attended by 150 companies from 20 countries. In general, foreign exhibitors account for 60% of the total number of exhibitors, the company Iteca Caspian, organizer of the exhibition, told Turan.
Along with the foreign manufacturers, the exhibition will be attended by local distributors of medical equipment, which are partners of the world's largest producers. The local distributors include Besan, BTL Industries AZ, Lab Service and others. The debutants, including companies from Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Belgium and Tunisia, will amount to 30%.
One of the differences of this year's exhibition is the growth of the pharmaceutical sector, in which the companies plan to introduce equipment and technologies for pharmaceutical industry and construction of pharmaceutical plants ‘under key’.
This year the sector of medical tourism will be actively represented again. This year it will bring together more than 20 clinics and companies involved in the organization of treatment abroad. These include clinics, health centers and hospitals from Belarus, Germany, Latvia, Turkey, and Czech Republic. For the second year in a row the sector of medical tourism is supported by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB).
In parallel with BIHE, two events will be also held: the 11th Azerbaijan International Exhibition Dentistry Azerbaijan 2016 and the 10th Azerbaijan International Exhibition Beauty and Aesthetic Medicine Beauty Azerbaijan 2016. ------08D
