The largest supplier of butter into Azerbaijan, as before, was New Zealand. Last year, the country supplied to Azerbaijan 7,467.5 tons of butter at a total customs value of $ 20 175.9 thousand. The suppliers of this product are also manufacturers from Germany, Finland, France, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries
Last year, Azerbaijan produced 23.7 thousand tons of butter. The production grew by 7.7%. Last year, local companies reduced export of butter at 50 tons. The export of butter was about 158 tons ($ 381.9 thousand.).
