The only reinsurance company AzRe Tekrarsigorta intends to hold a general meeting of shareholders.
According to the company, the event is scheduled for February 25 at the company's office at the address: Baku, Bakikhanov Street 6, Bridge Plaza, 8th Floor.
The meeting will discuss the financial results of the company in 2012 and the adoption of the budget, the activities for this year.
AzRe Tekrarsigorta has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2007.
The new chairman of the board is a professional doctor and insurer Fuad Guliyev, who has worked in senior positions leading companies in the local and Russian insurance market.
The authorized capital of the company is 40 million manat.
