In June, Food Prices Remained Stable
In June in Baku and in other major cities of the country, food prices on average remained unchanged. In comparison with the same period last year, prices rose by an average of 0.5%. Within a month, there was 20% increase in the price of eggs. However, the price of pasta and buckwheat decreased 10%. In June, due to the season average prices of agricultural products fell by 20%.
Experts believe the positive fact of price stability over the last year. In the coming days, the stability in prices will remain, and the prices of agricultural products will reduce due to the summer season.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
