In October, Employment in Economy Fell by 0.2%
In October, the number of workers employed in Azerbaijan decreased by 2.7 thousand people or 0.2%, the State Statistics Committee.
As of November 1, 1 million 513.7 thousand people who work for wages were employed in the economy. In comparison with the beginning of the year, employment grew by 17.6 thousand people.
As of November 1,888.4 thousand people (+1.7 thousand) worked in the public sector, and 625.3 thousand people (-4.4 thousand) worked in the private sector. ----08D
