Last Auction Brought AZN 4.3 Million to State Budget
At the December 13 auction 26 state objects were privatized, including 11 vehicles.
As a result of trades, sale and purchase agreements for a total amount of 4.3 million AZN were signed, the press service of the State Committee for Property Affairs.
The next auction will be held on December 20, regarding 58 non-residential premises, small businesses and facilities.
Since July of this year evaluation of privatized objects has been based on the real estate prices formed at the market. Some of the objects do not find an investor at the first attempt. Prior to this, between the real price and the starting price of privatized objects there was multiple difference, and the objects were sold at the first attempt without any competition. ------08D
